Our client is nearly finished on the 6th timber building in the New York City area; located in Brooklyn. The building is the first tall residential building over five stories to be built with mass timber.

Mass timber materials were delivered directly from the plant to the construction site in 2021. Occupancy is expected in mid 2022.
